Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as re-ferring to same.
CONTENTS LICENSE
By submitting your Contents to Yardies Food ltd, you agree to grant to Yardies Food ltd, along with its affiliates and partners, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, non-transferable, except as explicitly set out herein, worldwide license to use, promote, display, reproduce, and distribute your Contents for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including, without limiting the foregoing, to reproducing the Contents on the Website, manufacturing and selling paper and digital prints and other products incorporating your Contents (including derivative products) through the Website, and use in all Yardies Food ltd’s promotional materials. Except as and to the extent expressly permitted, or as reasonably necessary to make any use of the Contents permitted by these Terms, Yardies Food ltd shall not, and shall not permit others to modify, correct, adapt, or prepare derivative works or improvements of the Contents for commercial purpose under no circumstance and in accordance with this agreement.

SALE OF THE CONTENTS

Yardies Food ltd is not responsible for the success or failure of the Artwork to sell on the Website. We may take action to promote lower performing products, but we make no representation or promise to do so. If your Contents is not selling at a rate you would like, you may contact us to discuss your options or you may withdraw your Contents from the Website.
MODIFICATION OF THE WEBSITE
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and our Website. Therefore, Yardies Food lts reserves the right to modify, amend, alter, or otherwise make changes to the Website from time to time and without notice to you. It is obviously never our intention to disrupt the sale of the Contents on our website, but we are not responsible if any changes to the Website affect the sale of your Contents.
FEES
Yardies Food ltd applies a fixed fee model that is charged to the buyers paying the price for your Contents, and you shall receive 100% of the revenue generated from the sale of your Contents online, and revenue generated from licensing / publishing royalties on your work. Our fixed admin fee are as follow as of the 8th of December 2022:- - Foodies account: £0.06 per Contents sold or gifted
- - Cook account: £0.08 per Contents sold or gifted
- - Chef account: £0.10 per Contents sold or gifted
- - Foodies account: £0.05 per modified Contents sold or gifted
- - Cook account: £0.05 per modified Contents sold or gifted
- - Chef account: £0.05 per modified Contents sold or gifted
- - Translations checks, corrections and approvals: £1 per translated Contents added to your accounts.
Yardies Food ltd shall have complete and sole discretion in setting or updating the prices for your Contents and derivative products it sells. Your earnings from these derivative products will reflect the same price earned by You from this website and for your Contents. All fees payable under these Terms are paid immediately to Yardies Food ltd from each transaction and to You every 60 days when your account has not been whitelisted as safe for trading, or every 30 days when your account has been whitelisted for trading.
Clients Earnings- Accounts Type
TERMINATION & WITHDRAWAL
You may terminate your relationship with Yardies Food ltd and withdraw your Contents at anytime by deleting your account and contacting copyright@yardiesfood.com to remove all remaining Contents for trading from your date of termination. We will withdraw your Contents within 10 days of receiving notice of your desire to withdraw your Contents from the Website if it Is not done automatically by deleting your account. We may terminate your relationship with the company by giving you 10 days’ notice of the intended termination and then immediately removing your Contents from the Website, for breach of our policy about copyright or non-respect of Contents creation as permitted on our website. Upon termination, your Contents will be removed from the Website, Yardies Food ltd will no longer sell, distribute, or use the Contents, and we will no longer honour orders for the Contents and the license granted herein will be terminated. You will receive the agreed upon fees only so long as the Contents is available on the website. Upon termination of these Terms because of infringement of copyright you shall no longer receive any fees or remaining balances from Yardies Food ltd.
