Mix the 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoon sof mustard, 3 pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of vinegar with 2 egg yolks (yellow part).

Gradually add 1 cup of water mixed with 1 teaspoon of cornflour
Step 3
On a very low heat, stir your sauce until it slightly thicken then let it cool before storing in the fridge, before use on your salad.
