Step 1
Cut your apple in slices for the tart and in small cubes for the apple puree. Leave some skin optionally for taste and decoration.
Step 2
Soften the apple cubes in butter, sugar, water and amaretto. Then crush them or mix them to a paste.
Step 3
Spread your short pastry then pour the apple puree.
Step 4
Place your apple slices in a flower composition.
Step 5
Brush your apple slices with a mix of butter and honey then sprinkle some brown sugar.
Step 6
Bake for 60 minutes at 160° celsius
