Crumble your rice to avoid big chunks.
Step 2
Dice your ingredients in small pieces and sprinkle some salt & black pepper before adding them to your cold rice.
Step 3
Boil some eggs or fry them (your favourite choice).
Step 4
Add surimi or tuna, subject to the principal taste you wish for your salad.
Step 5
Pour some olive oil or rapeseed oil then balsamic vinegar.
Step 6
Mix then add your eggs last to avoid crushing them into the salad.
