Step 1
Cut your potatoes (with or without skin) in thick and long slices.
Step 2
Soften your potatoes in boiling water for two minutes. Cooking the potatoes will lead in the impossibility in crushing them whole.
Step 3
Once cooled, fry them in oil until they are slightly golden.
Step 4
Remove from the oil and crush them while still hot (for ease).
Step 5
Once cooled, fry them again in oil until crispy enough.
