Step 1
Fry onions, spring onions, garlic and thyme until the onions turns brown/black (makes your sauce taste really good)
Step 2
Add peas and carrots. Then salt and pepper.
Step 3
Remove 1/4 of your peas and your carrots to mix it in your blender. Then add this paste with some water back into your peas.
Step 4
Add a maggi cube or your green seasoning (mixed herbs: parsley, green onions, garlic, thyme, peppers...).
Step 5
When your sauce is thick, finish with brown sugar, vinegar and butter.
