Season your meat as you wish and cook it before blending it in a mixer

Cover with another set of short pastry, closing with a wet side

Brush your patties with a beated egg (in salt)
Step 5
Bake in the oven for as long it will take for your patry to be golden brown at 180 degrees celsius
