Ingredients

Steps

Step 1
Finely cut your Parsley.
Step 2
Dice your onions in medium cubes.
Step 3
Crush one garlic (so you can easily remove it later - garlic turns green with the acidity of lime and vinegar then affects negatively the taste of your sauce in the long run).
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, vinegar, hot pepper sauce (or fresh hot pepper scotch bonnet) and a lot of limes.
Step 5
Optionally you can add Maggi in liquid form and half of a Maggi cube.
Step 6
Pour some warm (not hot) water.
Step 7
Let it cool in your fridge then add a diced tomato just before serving (so your tomato is fresh and not soggy).
Step 8
If eating with boiled pig tails, add some of the stock in your sauce for more taste.
