Grossely dice your potatoes

In a hot pan, stir fry some onions and hot pepper scotch bonnet. Add garlic last

Add curry and turmeric powder. Stir fry until dry

Add some water and stir fry until you get a paste
Step 5
Pour your potatoes on the paste and coat them wit it. Close the lid of your pan so you can stir fry the potatoes for as long as possible without adding water too soon.
Step 6
Add salt, pepper and some water with hot pepper sauce
Step 7
Once cooked to your liking (soft or crunchy), sprinkle some sugar.
Step 8
Off the heat, squeeze a lime juice on your potatoes
