Season your ground beef with parsley, thymes, Salt, Pepper, All purpose/Maggi, Light soy sauce, Vinegar, green or jerk seasoning. Cut your vegs and herbs in small pieces.
Step 2
Fry the cabbage first then add sweet pepper and carrot. In the same pan, on a medium heat, add the beef on the side to fry next to the vegs.
Step 3
Mix everything with spring onions. onions and some grated nutmeg.
Step 4
Add a generous amount of hot pepper scotch bonnet or hot sauce.
