Step 1
Mix 150g of warm water with 10g of yeast. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then add one egg white.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix 400g of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add your liquid and achieve a dough.
Step 3
Work your dough until smooth and roll it to cut small balls of equal size.
Step 4
Flatten your balls into a round shape then add your filling of choice (beef, carrot and green beans in the video).
