Step 1
Cut your apples in small cubes and fry them in butter
Step 2
Add some Amaretto then cinnamon, sugar and grated lime's skin
Step 3
Blend to form a paste then stir the paste on a medium heat to release all flavour. Add some more Amaretto
Step 4
Cut your puff pastry in circles (bowl size) then put your apple paste in the middle.
Step 5
Fold your circle to achieve a moon-like shape. Brush your apple turnover with a beaten egg. Decorate with the back of a knife and create some holes to allow the heat to escape.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180° celsius.
