Step 1
Mix all ingredients above with a electric or hand mixer. Ths smoother, the better. No raising agent is included therefore you cannot miss the mark!
Step 2
Let it set aside in a bowl in cool temperature for 30 minutes
Step 3
Pour in a hot pan (like you would with pancakes) until you achieve a very thin layer of rounded "crepes". No oil needed in the pan.
Step 4
Fry on both side for less than 10-15 secondes (it does not need to take any colour like with pancakes. It's ready when it lift off by itself from the hot pan and is ready to be turned.
Step 5
Once done, pour your fillings inside these wrappers and roll them - sticking the edges with a simple wet flour mixture. Fry on medium heat and in enough oil to cover at least half of your Loempia.

50g Cornflour

3 Eggs

300ml of Water

Salt

2 big spoon of Sunflower or Vegetable oil (for quiet taste)
